The team of INCE Guatemala has been working hard on their teacher-training manual. An update:
- Feedback on first manual
We are preparing a presentation for the Ministry of Education about the results of the evaluation done over year one. Around 50 interviews, 8 focus group sessions and more than 5,000 teachers surveyed provided us with very rich information! - Manual phase II
Lisa has finished writing the second manual. And the manual is now being further designed and spell checked so we can start preparing the implementation of this second phase of the training program! - Digital Strategy
For the second manual, we are currently busy with the design of a new digital strategy, including an online library, nudges and a pilot with a learning and coaching app. Feedback from teachers led us to develop more of an online community in which they can partake! - New team member
We are so happy a new team member is onboard! Maxie Gluckman is the driving force behind the evaluation of phase I and is going to be involved in the first steps toward INCE Colombia as well. We look forward to great collaboration as a team.
